ATR was called upon to help a small 8-A business respond to a large overseas government contract requiring the sourcing, qualifying, and pre-closing (including commitment letters) of over 50 candidates of varying skill sets with high-level clearances.  To compound this, the company had two weeks over the Christmas Holidays to accomplish this.  ATR not only met this deadline, the prime contractor specifically cited the excellence of the candidates presented and the 8-A was selected for the project team.

 

ATR was asked to provide a high-level .Net developer/architect to evaluate the work of a previous team and get a project back on track.  ATR not only provided the candidate, but did so at cost to help the client meet it's deliverable and budget.

 

ATR was named as one of three staffing organizations to support a large government contractor supporting the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.  In the last five years, ATR has placed 27 individuals on the expanding project team and has realized less than 10% turnover.
