- Registering your qualifications with us enables you to be contacted when opportunities that match your talents are available. We work with local clients to identify talented people, such as you, and provide them with the flexibility to bring people on in various capacities, such as direct hires, temp-to-perm, or fixed duration contract opportunities (full-time, or part-time when available). ATR offers a comprehensive benefits package to their consultants, so take a minute to review them and let us know if you have any questions.

We promote opportunities to candidates, traditionally via email, phone, and in person. However, you can review our active opportunities periodically, as they change on a daily basis. If you find one or more of interest, please feel free to contact an ATR representative immediately.
ATR Referral Program
We know at ATR that referrals are the best sources for finding qualified candidates and new business. Since recruiting and employing talented IT professionals is the foundation of our success, we believe in rewarding individuals for referrals. When your referral is hired and/or leads to new business, we will reward you personally and financially! Our bonus program is based on the urgency of our current requirements and the referrals expertise!
Program Requirements & Restrictions:
- The referred candidate may not be a current or former ATR employee within the last year.
If the referred candidate is already in our database and has not been in contact with ATR within the past 6 months, you are eligible.
In order for a candidate to be credited as your referral, the name and contact info must be supplied to the ATR representative.
There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual may provide.
The referral bonus will be awarded once the referred consultant completes 162 billable hours.
New business referrals are unique and will be handled that way, ATR business referrals are managed personally by an ATR Partner.
